1. Pre-loading test force: 10-25 kN, read & calibrate directly from meter.
2. Computer screen display, test load from 600N to 60kN in real time, the test accuracy is ±1% .
3. Resolution of Load cell & signal is more than 1/100000, measuring displacement with encoder with resolution 0.001mm.
4. Test speed from 2 mm/min to 100mm/min can be set freely, variable speed. One test finish, then ready to be for next test automatically. Easy to be operated

This standard applies to deep impact test of non-ferrous metal sheet and deep drawing cup test of tapes with thickness from 0.1mm to 3.00mm and inspects the symmetrical ear-shaped bulges (earring ratio test) formed by anisotropy of rolling sheets and tapes.
